I dropped 24 kg in just three months.

I dropped 24 kg in just three months.

Tatini Rahman, a pseudonym, is employed by a private business. mother of two kids. After his mother passed away, he was utterly broken. Having children, eating excessively sweet food, and experiencing sadness all contributed to her weight rising to an unmanageable 82 kg at one time. He concentrated on weight control after seeing that there was significant damage occurring. In three months, he went from weighing 82 kg to 58 kg.

It's not too hard to go back from 82 kg to 58 kg in three months.

in just three months, from 82 kg to 58 kg! Nobody desires to be convinced. In 2018 and 2020, respectively, I became a mother for the first time. Despite the fact that weight gain is often linked to pregnancy, my experience is very opposite. My mother's death saddened me deeply. That's when the weight began to rise because of depression. Having children, eating excessively sweet foods, and experiencing melancholy can all cause weight to spiral out of control at some point. At 82 kg, the rise stopped. In just three months of work, I was able to drop that weight to 58.

How did it begin?

He was always underweight. The abrupt weight increase frightened me a lot. Next, a Facebook group was visible. 'Lose to Gain' is the name. The group's major goal is to motivate members to start living a healthy lifestyle by giving up bad habits. With great curiosity, join the group. After that, follow the guidance of a qualified nutritionist. The 'Weight Loss Mission' is about to begin.

Eat food from home.

It is quite tough to avoid dining out when you are employed. However, you must limit your diet to meals prepared at home if you wish to reduce weight. I followed suit. I make lunch every day and bring it to work.

Foods high in oil should be avoided.

Any food's calories are multiplied by oil. Thus, it's best to cook with as little oil as possible. When I cook, I normally use olive oil. I use exactly the proper amount of oil—not more than is recommended.

For breakfast, eggs

Many believe that eating eggs makes you acquire weight. This notion is wholly incorrect. During my weight loss journey, my breakfast consisted of two eggs. That's what I still do. I occasionally eat veggies or chickpeas with one or two loaves of thinly made crimson flour.

You must walk for one hour.

Being active rather than inactive is the best approach to stop the body from storing extra food calories. I went for an hour's worth of daily walks in the park near my house for three months in a row.

No sweets.

I abstained from candy for three months. I did eat a variety of seasonal fruits when I felt like it. To make it unique, I chopped some fruits and combined them with sour yogurt.

Increased curry and less rice

You cannot cut out rice and lose weight. However, less should be given. The quantity of curry, however, ought to be raised. I almost always ordered fish and rice for lunch.

When to have dinner at night

It is recommended to consume dinner at least three hours before bedtime. This is a crucial matter. In this case, there is no risk of fat building up in the body while you sleep because the food is only partially digested.

Savera claimed that he pursued a career in politics, following in his father's footsteps. Her goal is to contribute to the growth of the area, particularly for women. because the development industry still requires women to be "humiliated." He stated that his father was asked to run for office by the party's upper echelons.

In 2022, Savera graduated with her MBBS from Abbottabad International Medical College. Last Friday, he submitted his nomination documents. The situation was made public to the media on Monday.

Everything that has transpired thus far in relation to Professor Yunus's case.

Chairman of Grameen Telecom in a Bangladeshi labor law violation case. There are four people under investigation, Muhammad Yunus among them. His trial is already over, and the case's decision should be made public the next week.

The Department of Inspection of Factories and Institutions' attorney, Khurshid Alam Khan, asserted, "We have provided documentation and proof to support every allegation made against Dr. Yunus. We therefore anticipate the worst penalty possible."

These cases often have their hearings concluded in three to four months. However, the accused addressed the high court on multiple occasions, pleading for the case to be prolonged. They were all fired," he declared.

However, Abdullah Al Mamun, the attorney for Dr. Yunus, asserts that these businesses have not followed the proper procedure for bringing a labor law action.

"The case filed by the factories department cannot be a criminal case," he says.

He went on to say that the outcome would be different if the circumstances were to change right now.

The date of decision in this case has been set by the Labor Court of Dhaka for January 1.

Israel-Gaza: According to Israel, hundreds of Hamas and Islamic Jihad members have been arrested.

Israel claims to have detained 200 members of Islamic Jihad and Hamas in the last week and brought them into its country to be questioned.

According to a statement, a few of the suspects willingly turned themselves in after hiding among the general public.

Israel claims that since it began its military campaign and invasion of Gaza with the intention of overthrowing Hamas, 700 Palestinian militants have been taken into custody.

Hamas says mostly women and children are being killed by the Israelis. The BBC is unable to verify the claims. Israel has previously stressed that it takes steps to avoid civilian casualties, and blames Hamas for embedding itself in densely-populated areas. Israel launched its retaliatory operation after Hamas fighters crossed from Gaza into southern Israel on 7 October, killing 1,200 people and taking about 240 hostages. More than 20,000 people have been killed and 53,000 injured in Gaza since then, according to the Hamas-run health ministry. Its update on Saturday said another 201 people had been killed and 368 others injured in the previous day alone.

Issam al-Mughrabi, 56, a UN relief worker, was killed in a strike, along with his wife, kids, and over 70 members of his extended family, the UN had earlier reported.

Israel reported that, since the start of its ground campaign, 144 of its soldiers had died in combat in Gaza. Five more soldiers had perished in this fighting.

The military has continued to bombard Gaza, telling people to evacuate.

It said on Saturday that Hassah Atrash, a Palestinian it accused of smuggling weapons into Gaza to arm Hamas, had been killed by one of its fighter jets. Hamas did not provide any confirmation.

Separately on Saturday, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and US President Joe Biden spoke over the phone about Israel's

Why are Hamas and Israel at war in Gaza?

"I refuse to be a statistic": Gazans always worry about death.

According to Israeli military reports, they are increasing operations in the southern part of the Gaza Strip and claim nearly total operational control over the northern portion.

According to the UN, 150,000 people in the center of the region were impacted by the most recent evacuation order.

"People in Gaza are people," said UNWRA's Thomas White, who works with Palestinian refugees. "They are not pieces on a checkerboard - many have already been displaced several times."

People in the Bureij refugee camp were instructed to go southward toward Deir al-Balah city as a result of the most recent evacuation order.

On Saturday, the Palestinian news agency Wafa stated that Bureij had been

"I refuse to be a statistic": Gazans always worry about death.

According to Israeli military statements, they are intensifying operations in the northern part of the Gaza Strip and claim nearly complete operational control over the area.

While acknowledging "terrible suffering" in Gaza, an advisor to the Israeli prime minister told the BBC that this was because the Hamas leadership in the region "don't give a hoot" for the people living there.

According to Mark Regev, the suffering "shouldn't have happened" but was brought on by Hamas' "declaration of war" on October 7.

The Israeli military and internal security agency Shin Bet jointly stated on Saturday that 200 additional individuals were being questioned.

According to the statement, this came after "hundreds of suspects involved in terrorist activities" were arrested in Gaza.

Not every claim made on the battlefield can be independently confirmed by the BBC. It did, however, validate footage from earlier this month that showed scores of Palestinian males being held captive in the northern Gaza Strip.
