In a balloon crash in the US, four people died.
In Arizona, the United States, a hot air balloon crash claimed the lives of four persons, including the pilot. The catastrophe occurred on Sunday in the state's Iloy city's desert.
Eight more skydivers, nevertheless, leaped out before the balloon broke apart.
The 'Kubisec BB85Z' balloon collapsed, according to a statement released by the US National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) on Monday. It was not immediately apparent what caused the mishap.
According to the NTSB, a cursory examination of the scene revealed no technical issues. Most of the balloon and its basket remained in place. To conduct an investigation, NTSB headquarters in Washington received electronic devices that included a video camera and flight data.
In a statement, the Eloy Police Department stated that the skydivers had successfully finished their dive prior to the accident.
